Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Renews monthly until cancelled. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. Existing records remain readable and exportable afterward.
Is this a replacement for my WMS?
No. It is a separate ledger for extra services and their review. You can export approved records to your existing process; there is no direct WMS integration.
Do I need a card to create an account?
No. You can create and verify your account first. A $49/month subscription is required before you add operational records. This is not a free trial.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Use the subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or your purchase account. You retain access until the paid period ends; existing records remain available for review and export afterward.
Where are my records stored?
Records are stored in the hosted Supabase database and restricted to the signed-in workspace owner. Cloudflare hosts the site, Brevo delivers account emails, and Lemon Squeezy processes payments. Read our service and privacy information for details.
Which currency does the ledger use?
New workspaces use USD. Older workspaces retain their original currency. Subscription billing is $49 USD/month. No exchange-rate conversion is performed.
Can my team use it together?
This release is for one responsible user per workspace. Team invitations, employee permissions and simultaneous review workflows are not included.
