Extra Work Ledger

Early access software for recording warehouse extra services and preparing approved records for accounting. It does not issue invoices, collect your customers’ payments, or replace your accounting system.

Price and cancellation

Single warehouse: $49 USD per month, plus applicable checkout taxes. Your subscription renews until cancelled. Manage it through your Lemon Squeezy receipt or purchase account. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends. After that, existing records remain available for review and export.

Privacy and records

The service stores your account email, profile name, company, customer names, service rates, work records, decision history and subscription status. Supabase provides authentication and database storage; Cloudflare hosts the site; Brevo delivers account emails; Lemon Squeezy processes subscriptions. Card details are entered at Lemon Squeezy and are not stored by this application.

Use work references instead of unnecessary personal information. Workspace records are restricted to the signed-in owner. Export records before requesting account or data deletion. Contact support for deletion and privacy requests; financial records held by the payment provider follow its own policies.

Support and refunds

For access problems, billing questions, refund requests or data requests, email ecomgrowthtools@gmail.com with your order reference. Do not send passwords or card numbers. Refund requests are reviewed individually; this page does not promise automatic refunds or change any applicable consumer rights.

Use of the service

Use only records you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for validating service rates, customer responsibility and contract terms before approving a charge. Keep exports of important records. Early access functionality may change; contact support if a limit prevents your work.
